Senator Palpatine of Naboo (Naboo, Chommell Sector/Mid Rim) pauses a moment en route to his offices in the Senate Office Building, followed by the
senior members of his official family, administrative assistants Sate Pestage, Ars Dangor, and Kinman Doriana, and the Senator’s Jedi chaplain Master
Jedi Jorus C’baoth.
Palpatine’s appearance is taken directly from The Phantom Menace, and C’baoth’s is taken directly from the cover to Heir to the Empire. Doriana’s
appearance is extrapolated backward from his appearance in “Hero of Cartao: Hero’s Call” (Star Wars Insider No. 68), and Pestage’s from his
appearance in “Reversal of Fortune.” Dangor is wearing clothes like Pestage’s, using his appearance from Return of the Jedi.
The line work was done in pencil, then inked with a Pentel extra fine superball pen and colored with Crayola colored pencils. It was first published on 18
